A summary of available employer reports in ClearanceJobs.
To view any of your available reports, visit https://www.clearancejobs.com/dashboard/reports. To view more detail on any of the reports, click the “View” button in the bottom left corner of each report. To download a report, click the “CSV” button in the bottom right corner of the report.
Change the date range of your reporting by clicking the blue button at the top of the reports page with the calendar icon and dates in it. Modify the date range, then click “Apply.”
CURRENT OPEN JOBS REPORT
Displays job statistics for jobs that are currently posted for your company. Click “View” to see:
- Each job listed by name
- Who posted the job
- The location of the job
- The job code
- The last updated and created dates
- How many days the job has been open
- How many job views the job has received
- The number of applications broken down by ATS, Email or URL
- Number of candidates who have Expressed Interest
CLOSED JOBS REPORT
Displays job statistics for jobs that are no longer posted for your company. Click “View” to see:
- Each job listed by name
- Who posted the job
- The location of the job
- The job code
- The last updated and created dates
- How many days the job has been open
- How many job views the job has received
- The number of applications broken down by ATS, Email or URL
- Number of candidates who have Expressed Interest
OFCCP RESUMES REPORT
This report will only appear if you’ve purchased an OFCCP package as part of your subscription to ClearanceJobs.com. It shows resumes that you’ve viewed through an OFCCP search. Click “View” to see:
- Employee who viewed the resume
- OFCCP Reference ID
- OFCCP Position
- OFCCP Requirements
- Date/Time Viewed
- Candidate Name (will be hyperlinked to candidate profile if they are currently an active registered candidate)
- Ethnicity
- Gender
- Military Vet (Yes/No)
OFCCP APPLICANTS REPORT
This report will only appear if you’ve purchased an OFCCP package as part of your subscription to ClearanceJobs.com. It shows applicants that have applied to your job posting(s). Click “View” to see:
- Employee who posted the job
- Job Code
- Job Title
- Location of the Job
- Apply Date
- Applicant Name (will be hyperlinked to candidate profile if they are currently an active registered candidate)
- Ethnicity
- Gender
- Military Vet (Yes/No)
RESUME VIEWS REPORT
Displays resumes that you have reviewed. Click “View” to see:
- Employee name who viewed the resume
- Candidate name (will be hyperlinked to candidate profile if they are currently an active registered candidate)
- Candidate Email
- View Time
EMAILED RESUMES REPORT
Lists any resumes you’ve emailed to yourself or another colleague.
CHAT HISTORY REPORT
Shows the candidates that you’ve chatted with. Click “View” to see when your chat occurred, along with the name of the candidate you chatted with. The candidate name will be hyperlinked to a time-stamped history of your conversation.
APPLICATIONS REPORT
Shows any registered candidate who has applied to your job postings. Click “View” to see:
- Application Date
- Candidate Name (will be hyperlinked to candidate profile if they are currently an active registered candidate)
- Candidate Email
- Candidate Clearance Level
- Job Code
- Job Name
- Job Clearance Level Required
