We’ve simplified our Job Categories, making it easier for employers to find the right candidates and for candidates to find the right jobs. Previously, a candidate could have the skills to be a “Web Development – PHP” candidate and an “IT Software - .NET” candidate, but only selected one or the other for their profile. That candidate is actually an “IT – Software” candidate and will show up in all relevant searches now.
