Who doesn’t want to see who’s looking at them? You know you do…employers can see who has viewed their profile – don’t waste that information. Check who has viewed your profile and consider adding those qualified candidates to your talent pipeline. Pay particular attention to candidates who have ‘liked’ information you’ve posted on your profile.
